House refurbishment

Roy has led the refurbishment of our entire house, from the ground floor to the loft. This has included everything from painting and decorating, floor sanding, carpentry, plumbing, gas work, tiling, plastering. All the work has always been carried out to a really high standard. Roy is a fantastic communicator as well – jobs take as long as he says, cost what he says, and he keeps you updated every step of the way. He is a real pleasure to have in the house. He also has a great network of specialist tradesman that he has worked with (e.g. roofer, carpet fitter) that have also done great jobs!

Roy knocked down a partition, installed new flooring throughout, refurbished the kitchen, installed recessed spotlights in the living room and repainted and plastered the entire flat. All done on time and within budget. Excellent experience.

I’ve used Roy’s service three times and found his service exceptional and great value for money. He initially fitted a new bathroom for me in 2007 and replaced mastic twice following misuse by my tenants. Very reliable & trustworthy, which was vital for me, as I live overseas most of the time & I had no issues communicating with Ray & his Team. Would send me pictures of flooring/doors/kitchen & I just selected what I wanted & he did the rest. Also kept me in the loop at all times. His Team stripped the flat back, then decorated & installed new electrics/plumbing/doors/frames/skirting board/flooring/kitchen/ bathroom &built furniture!
